We do not have any fixed departure date for any destinations, you can travel on your own date. We care for your valued leave so you can make a plan and inform us so we can arrange package on your requested date. Normally, we do not prefer you to travel single because our every tour package policy is based on double sharing basis. Once you travel alone there will be high in the total cost of package. Because you have to pay for single supplement.

Yes, our package cost include air ticket. You can contact us anytime and request us for your required date so we can check for air fare.

Yes, definitely you can travel from different destinations. We will help you to book the ticket from your origin country to the destination so we can arrange tours and sightseeing together.

Of course you can customize travel itinerary. All the tour plan is flexible so we will assist you with the customization.

Yes, if you have already purchased ticket then you can book package only with us.

Yes you can make your own customized countries combo package, but you must view the countries direction in order to make the cheapest one. Our representative will assist with you for choosing the country.

This means there should be minimum 2 people for tour package. Means you cannot get same fare once you travel single.

Travel insurance is not mandatory but if you with to do it then it will cover all your health during your trip. Meanwhile if you are in trip without travel insurance then any health related issue need to be bear on your own.

Sorry, we do not have any policy for post paid service. Even we have to pay for your services so it will be more convenient once you pay before departure.

We are a government registered company associated with Tourism board Nepal. So once you pay us we will provide a service voucher (included all the programs) with our official stamp and also a payment slip. This can be a strong evidence for claiming the service. But we assure this is just a question this is not necessary we are confident from our side.

Normally we say 40% as per our terms and condition but to make our customer easy, you can pay the total amount of ticket only at the time of booking. This will be confirmed at the time of booking confirmation.

This normally happens because when you make a query we will provide you the fare based on the current air fare, but when there is delay that availability will be already used or booked so when we have to check again after a week then we will give fare again on current available so the price differs.

This normally based on airlines policy. In order to hold the package in given fare you have to give correct travelers name as per passport. Once we book for you we will suggest you a time limit so you can hold with in that time.

Yes we are available 24 hrs for any operational emergencies. But sorry to inform we are not available 24 hours for general query.

Immigration is a policy of Government for each country. So, no travel agency and airlines will responsible for immigration issue. If there is any question at the time of facing immigration customer should be responsible to answer all the question properly and they will be responsible them self. For any refund case it will depend upon the airlines you are traveling.
